Accuracy
[Weapon Base Accuracy] + [Attacker Targetting Computers * 8] + [Attacker Level * 2] - [Defender Level * 2] - ([Defender Maneuverability / 15] * [Defender Fire Mode Modifier])

Init
[Random Number: 1-50] + [Base Maneuverability / 4] + [Level * 1] (+10 with Spacial Rift Generator) (+25 if attacking) (+100 if unseen)

Visibility
Sector Visibility [+ 25 Scanners] + ([Scout Drones] * 2) + [Racial Mods] + (([Player Level] - [Other Player Level]) * 1)) - ([100 Cloak] + [Racial Mods] + [Aura Effects])

Armor Pierce
10 + [Attacker Damage Amplifiers * 6]

Percent damage reduced
Armor Integrity / 2 - Attacker Armor Pierce

Ports:
5 + 1.2*lvl of each weapon type
2500*lvl shields and armor
100 + 15*lvl combat and EMP drones
Ports always get init

Other Stuff
The drone aura effects port drones (is also the only aura that works on ports)
Weapons vs drones is always 80%, Kitaran accuracy bonus does not affect this

Kitaran accuracy bonus is a multiplier on the total accuracy, before dodge is subtracted
Cloak init for all attacking ships is based solely on trigger/target visibility
